  8. I am in love with all of the pictures!! We moved back to Florida from Texas 3 years ago, but I would strongly consider making the trip for my upcoming wedding (11/11/11) My married name will be Meadow's, so Meadow Manor seems fitting somehow!
You continue to inspire me so! Best of luck!

  23. for me to meet you and be a part of your magical evening last night, was just a dream, I am still tingling. You have created wonder, and magic at every nook and cranny, the repair on the rose curtains, the parlor with the old wall paper, the little touches here and there that you bring to all that you do. I was trying to tell you last night that you bought millinary flowers from me in my S.L.O. store so so many years ago. Thank you for then and now. Love Linda Marcov

I now live in Minnesota where it's snowy and cold too many months of the year. I will have to vacation in my dear Texas more often. I want to be there soooo bad...I'm packing my bags!

  44. Rachel, I love the pictures I want to make reservations I will be calling after the shows to see availability. I have to say I love that you kept the wagon wheel as I have one in my texas ranch house I am renovating and am having a hard time replacing with a chandy and now that you have done this it will be cool again, I believe it really is true to the nature of a ranch/prairie home so kudos to you for keeping part of the original personality of the house! I cannot wait to drive down and stay! Good luck!

  52. Oh, I would be tickled pink if I could celebrate my 40th at The Prairie! I've been planning a road trip to the Junk-O-Roma Prom (which is the week of my b-day) for 2012 for over 2 years! We must be in touch to see if I can book a room or two for my vintage wanderlust friends and me. Thank you for another fabulous reason to head to TX and celebrate BIG!

  59. I'm giddy with excitement at the news of the opening of the inn in my home state of Texas.

I shall plan a trip to both Texas and California, so I can visit your store and your inn!

I must refer to your writings to see if your make reference to why you love Texas so much. It is indeed unique. As for the antiquing, I had no idea Texas is such a mecca.

Good luck in every endeavor, Rachel. I've left comments over the last two or three years, now. I'm so glad to see you back on your feet, so to speak. You are such a source for inspiration!
